Today I went to the gym for the first time after signing up on Monday. I only did the treadmill today, but that’s a start. I did two miles in 45 minutes. I so was ready to give up after about 15 minutes, but I pushed myself for another 30 minutes. I tried jogging for a while, but it only lasted only about 5 minutes before I gave up. The first minute or so, I was jogging at a 4 incline and at 4 mph….totally hard. My legs were burning, and they still kinda are. I was speed walking at 3.8 mph at a 5 incline for a while, not easy at all!!!!!! Now I’m good and tired. Will be going back tomorrow. I’m going to try to run some more and up my distance a mile and do 3 miles. But do more jogging than walking. I’m going to push myself…I gotta push myself to go at least 3 days a week. Want to lose at least 40 pounds by the end of the year. So I got 4 months to do it. Let see, 40 pounds in 4 months, therefore, that’s 10 pounds a month.
